Comme des Garçons ruffled cotton skirt, by designer Rei Kawakubo. This piece is a slightly different version to what is seen here on the runway. This SS03 collection focused on embellishing clothes without using any extras; resulting in chunky pieces with bunched cotton rosettes and braids.
